Her areas of expertise include Customer Service Excellence, Time Management, People Management Skills for supervisors and managers, and Performance Management.
Pascale strongly believes that learning happens best through real human connection and meaningful interaction. She particularly enjoys face-to-face training environments where participants can actively engage, share experiences, and grow together. Her facilitation style is highly practical and interactive, using hands-on activities, experiential learning techniques, and real-life scenarios to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
By creating a dynamic and supportive learning atmosphere, Pascale helps professionals build confidence, develop essential workplace skills, and translate new knowledge into tangible results in their day-to-day roles.
Annelise Levasseur
Annelise Levasseur brings a unique human-centered perspective to corporate training. After spending nine years as a dedicated social worker, she transitioned into the corporate training world, carrying with her a deep understanding of people, empathy, and human development.
Passionate about history, she studied the subject extensively and has published research on the history of maroon slaves in Mauritius, reflecting her strong interest in the island’s heritage and identity. Annelise firmly believes that meaningful change often happens slowly, and that corporate training can play an important role in shaping mindsets and encouraging more thoughtful, responsible workplaces. She specializes in guide training, particularly in the history and geography of Mauritius, as well as customer service excellence, procedures review and training, and the design of engaging team-building activities and rallies.
Through her warm approach and strong human touch, Annelise creates learning experiences that connect knowledge, culture, and personal growth.
